Hi Kris
I received the air Oasis mobile unit, it's so sleek and small! Thank you for sending so promptly!
It's working great in my hotel room!
When I get back home I will look into your home units for my house.
Thank you!
Best, Kathy

I do have a question about ions emitted by unit, I love the clean scent that ionizing leaves behind, but I've read alot about ions in air cleaners not necessarily being a good thing...are the air oasis units different in that way?
Thanks again
Kathy J.
PS thank you for sending your color brochure in package, I like your mission statement & great information.

Yes Kathy, the Air Oasis units are very different and that's why we recommend them.

First of all, the AO units emit negative ions. It's the positive ions that are bad. Now ozone is a negative ion, but as long as the unit produces less than .05 parts per million of ozone, it's safe according to the EPA. The AO units also have special catalysts that break down even the low ozone readings and helps create an entirely different and beneficial negative ion.
A lot of research has gone into these units and we expect to soon get FDA notice that AO air purifiers have achieved class 2 medical device classification.

Regarding the home units we have some you can have installed directly in your AC unit. In my home which is about 3800 sq ft I have a 3000 sq. ft portable unit downstairs and a 1000 sq ft. unit for my upstairs suite. I like the portable units because I can move them around and also take them with me when or if I move (each only weigh about 5-6lbs as well).
We are running a special now on the basic 3000 sq ft units and can offer you a good price if you are interested. The portable mobile/travel units need a filter change about once a year, while the home units go about three years.

Thanks again for your business. We really appreciate it.

Thank you for letting me know about the Air Oasis home unit and your sale!

I am very interested in buying one for my home and will do so next week.

Also, where can I find more information about the care & cleaning of this unit?

Thanks again,

Kathy

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for your questions.

The great thing about the home unit is that there is no maintenance required for 3 years. At that time you would just need a replacement cell which is around $75.00. There is a 3 year limited manufacturers warranty on it as well. At the end of three years, you just send the unit back to the company and Air Oasis will: replace the AHPCO Cell, inspect the entire unit, clean the entire unit, add an additional 2 year warranty to it, and more! We really love working with them and our customers have been very pleased in every aspect with their Air Oasis units.

Hope you're enjoying your weekend and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
