We have known for many years that as a cell ages, its telomeres become shorter. Telomeres are the "protective caps" at the ends of our DNA chromosomes. Eventually, the telomeres become too short to allow cell replication, and so the cell stops dividing and eventually dies. This is the process of aging. I have been asked quite a bit lately on natural ways to lengthen telomeres. I will continue to look into natural ways to lengthen your telomeres, but in the meantime I have made a simple list of 6 Ways to Live Longer and Healthier that should help prevent additional telomere shortening.
